Departure to Nicoya Peninsula. We will leave San Jose on a short 30 minutes flight that will take you to Tambor Airport, which is located 5 miles (8km) from the hotel, a private hotel’s transportation will be waiting. Tambor is a very small fishing village and a gateway to the legendary beaches of Malpais, Montezuma, Santa Teresa, Playa Cocalito, the Cabo Blanco and Curu Nature Reserves. The Nicoya peninsula\'s southern tip is rich in biodiversity and divers habitats. Afternoon Yoga Class. Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner

Morning yoga class, day at leisure to relax and enjoy the beauty of the place and get ready for the afternoon yoga class. The yoga class is more than a system of poses for suppleness; it is an energetic practice that harmonizes the body, mind and spirit connection through breath work, and movement. Each session is a different experience that expands your body awarness, and the feeling of inner peace. Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner

Half day visit to Curú Biological Reserve and two yoga classes. You will contact nature in a half a day walk in Curú Biological Reserve. Later, transportation to hotel to relax in the beach. Overnight at Nicoya Peninsula. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Horseback riding through the refreshing landscape of the area in the way to the waterfall and two yoga classes. Take a revitalized swim in a natural waterfall pool. On the way back you will pass Panica Valley, Tambor and the Whale Bay Trail and can make a stop in Tambor for some drinks. This is a tour that you will not soon forget! Return is programmed at 1 PM. Departure at 5:00 AM to the Sarapiqui River Rafting. The free-flowing river has its origins in clear mountain streams that tumble down through thick rain forest to merge with the crystal waters of the beautiful Sarapiqui. Verdant forest reaches right up to the river\'s sun-basked banks. This narrow waterway is ideal for families. Enjoy its moderately flowing rapids, interspersed with tranquil stretches. Meals included: Breakfast & Lunch

Last day of this therapeutic experience. Departure transfer to the International Airport.
