Day 2 |
|
Visit to a typical rural community in the hills of Escazu. Here you will be in contact with people that live in the countryside and still attach to the habits and costums that their ancestors had. Lodgement in San Jose.

Day 3 |
|
Today, transfer to the exciting Caribbean province. You will love the magic rhythm of Limon province. Later, walk through the forest to a beautiful waterfall. Lodgement in Puerto Viejo.

Day 4 |
|
Visit to sustainable farms and chocolate factory in the region. People in this land organize to produce agricultural products in a friendly ecological environment. The farmer maintains or increases his cocoa bean production each year by using efficient, low-cost methods that minimize impact on the rainforest environment. At the same time, sustainable growing allows the farmer to increase his family\'s standard of living. Lodgement in Puerto Viejo.

Day 5 |
|
Transfer to the picturesque region of Turrialba. Once in the region, you will go into a coffee tour in which you will know the process of this wonderful beverage. Lodgement in Turrialba.

Day 6 |
|
You will have the opportunity of knowing Costa Rican native ruins in a monument that covers 540 acres (218 ha) and is located on the forested southern slope of Turrialba Volcano. The site is of great archaeological and cultural importance. The settlement was occupied between 1000 B.C. and A.D. 1400 after which it was mysteriously abandoned. Lodgement in Turrialba.

Return to San Jose. Free afternoon to take a walk for downtown. Lodgement in San Jose.
