Day One:
Arrival to the Juan Santamaria International airport located in the Central Valley. A friendly Vesatours representative will meet and transport you in a private van to the hotel of your election in San Jose City. Hotel checks in upon arrival. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon of evening to stroll around the city or dine in one of the recommended restaurants.
Economic option accommodation: Rosa del Paseo
Superior option: Parque del Lago.
Day two:
After having breakfast at the hotel we will head our way to the Irazu Volcano National Park Cartago and the Orosi Valley a visit you can miss in Costa Rica famous for its active volcanoes and most important agriculture zone.
Irazu Volcano National Park is located on the continental divide, 15 kilometres, as the crow flies, northeast of the city of Cartago.Orosi Valley, this lush coffee-producing region contains historic ruins, religious museum, 87 year old sugar mill coffee mill, rivers, lake and other gems. So enjoy of the pleasant weather of this picturesque region and smiley people. Lunch will be in a local restaurant during the tour. Free night and overnight at hotel.
Day three:
After breakfast you will be transferred to the northern plains close to the Arenal region, where Chachagua Rain Forest Hotel.
Chachagua Rain Forest Hotel is a peace retreat which bears your spirit and recharges your soul of revitalize energy besides, enjoying the nature rainforest wonders and wildlife. Two hours and ½ minutes drive to the Hotel. Upon arrival check in and rest of the afternoon for your leisure to enjoy the hotel facilities and nature richness.
Day four:
Today is an early wake up to enjoy an adventurous experience.
Rappel down some of the most dramatic waterfalls in Costa Rica and into a canyon river with the opportunity to see tropical birds, monkeys and thousands of different species of plants and flowers. You do not need to be experienced person and this tour is kid friendly.
Tour Times: 7:00am and 12:00 noon
Includes: Transportation, lunch, snacks in canyon, 4 rappels
(3 waterfalls, 1 dry wall) and all gear.
Return to Chachagua Rain Forest Hotel rest of the afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.
Day five:
Enjoy your breakfast and prepare the day to learn about the importance of the Arenal Volcano National Park and a little bit of the area history ending the day at the volcanic hot springs in La Fotuna Town. Overnight at Chachagua Rainforest Hotel. Meals included for this day breakfast and dinner.
Day 6:
A private vehicle will drive you to the Mid Pacific area directly to Manuel Antonio town to enjoy for the next three nights at the elected hotel in Manuel Antonio. You can choose between, El Parador or Arenas del Mar for a different option can be quoted upon request.
Day 7:
Recommended attraction for the day, Titi Canopy Tour. A representative from the Titi Canopy will meet you at the Hotel lobby and drive you to meeting point for the Zip line adventure. Optional tour please contact our sales representative. Titi Canopy Tour.
The Titi Canopy Tour is an exciting adventure that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. You will fly for a mile over the jungle canopy suspended on solid steel cables attached to a personal, high-tech, lightweight harness.
The experienced guides are at hand at all times to point out the animals and birds and to help with your equipment and ensure your safety.
